Store Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of

  raw materials (concentrates, flavors, additives) and packaging materials (bottles, caps, labels, cartons)

• Ensure

  FIFO (First-In-First-Out) & FEFO (First-Expiry-First-Out)

  stock rotation
• Conduct

  daily stock reconciliation

  and report discrepancies
• Assist in

  monthly/quarterly physical stock verification

2. Material Handling & Storage

• Supervise

  receipt, storage, and issuance

  of materials to production
• Ensure proper

  stacking, labeling, and segregation

  of materials
• Monitor

  temperature-sensitive storage

  (if applicable for perishable ingredients)
• Maintain

  warehouse hygiene and pest control

  as per FSSAI norms

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare

  GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), material issue slips, and dispatch documents

• Maintain

  batch-wise records

  for traceability
• Ensure compliance with

  FSSAI, GMP, and company safety standards

• Assist in

  internal/external audits

4. Dispatch & Logistics Support

• Coordinate with logistics team for

  finished goods dispatch

• Verify

  loading/unloading processes

  to prevent damage
• Ensure proper

  documentation (eway bills, invoices, delivery challans)

5. System & Reporting

• Update inventory transactions in

  ERP/WMS (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)

• Generate daily

  stock reports, shortage reports, and aging analysis

• Assist in preparing

  MIS reports

  for management

6. Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow

  safety protocols

  for material handling (manual & forklift operations)
• Ensure

  proper waste disposal

  (scrap, damaged materials)
