Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Receipt & Inspection Assistance:

Receive incoming materials (raw, packaging, consumables, finished goods, spares, etc.) against Purchase Orders and Delivery Challans.

Verify quantity, preliminary quality, and documentation of incoming materials.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) for inspection and clearance.

Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in ERP/SAP systems.

2. Storage and Inventory Management:

Ensure systematic storage and preservation of all materials following FIFO/LIFO and safety norms.

Maintain store organization and cleanliness as per 5S standards.

Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile with system records.

Report discrepancies, damages, or non-moving items to the Store In-Charge/Plant Head.

3. Material Issuance:

Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).

Accurately record all material issues in the system.

Manage return of unused or excess materials from production to store.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain all store-related documents (GRNs, Issue Slips, stock registers, transfer notes, scrap notes, etc.) physically and digitally.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Ensure compliance with company and audit requirements.

Submit invoices and supporting documents on time.

5. General Store Operations & Safety:

Operate or assist in handling Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely.

Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies within the store premises.

Coordinate effectively with Production, Purchase, QA, and Accounts teams for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
