Job Overview

Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store
RM, PM, and FG
as per company standards.
Maintain proper inventory records and update stock registers regularly.
Ensure accurate inward and outward material documentation.
Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams for timely material flow.
Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages/excess.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain hygiene standards for frozen food storage.
Ensure safe material handling and adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in stock audits.
Maintain proper labeling, segregation, and traceability of all materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma (preferred in Supply Chain / Logistics / Commerce).
1–2 years experience
in store operations; experience in
frozen food or FMCG industry preferred
.
Knowledge of RM, PM, and FG handling.
Computer proficiency (MS Excel, Inventory Software preferred).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
