Job Title: Store Executive

Job Summary:
The Store Executive will manage inventory efficiently, handle material ordering, maintain accurate records, perform physical stock verification, and ensure smooth store operations. This role requires compliance with company policies, proper documentation, and effective coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management

  • Oversee and control supply levels to ensure stock availability.
  • Maintain minimum stock levels to avoid shortages.
  • Track and organize stock movement; replenish materials as required.

2. Material Ordering & Delivery

  • Order materials as per requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up on deliveries to confirm receipt of materials.
  • Process and verify challans for all incoming materials.

3. Record Keeping

  • Maintain records of inward and outward stock movements.
  • Log all transactions, including purchases and issues.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation for all materials.

5. Physical Stock Verification

  • Perform regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
  • Report discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

6. Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Communicate updates on stock and material requirements to management.

7. Reporting

  • Prepare inventory and MIS reports for management.
  • Provide regular updates on stock levels, orders, and issues.

8. Filing & Document Management

  • Maintain and organize all records related to inward and outward materials.
  • Ensure files are updated for quick information access.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (degree in supply chain management or related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of compliance and documentation practices is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry stock as required for verification and deliveries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
