Job Description

Role Overview

Stores Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily
store operations
, including receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials.
Create and manage
GRN, MRN, Material Issue, Stock Transfer
entries in
SAP (MM Module)
.
Maintain
accurate inventory records
in SAP and physical stock registers.
Conduct
periodic stock audits
, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Verify supplier deliveries with PO, invoice, and quality/quantity checks.
Ensure proper stacking, preservation, and safety of materials at the site.
Coordinate with the
Procurement and Project teams
for material requirements and replenishments.
Monitor consumption of materials and highlight shortages, excess, or non-moving stock.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, safety norms, and audit guidelines
.
Maintain documentation for inward/outward materials, bin cards, and daily stock statements.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Diploma in Civil, Materials Management, or related field.
2 - 4 years
of experience in
Stores / Inventory Management
within the Real Estate or Construction sector.
Hands-on experience with
SAP MM module
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, plumbing, electrical, finishing materials, etc.).
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and inventory control.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and basic ERP workflows.
Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.
