Store Executive - Manufacturing

• Education: Any Diploma/Graduate
• Experience: Min. 2-3 Years (Exp in Manufacturing Company specifically)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure it meets company standards.
• Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Supervise and train store staff to achieve excellent results.
• Coordinate with Purchase and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Implement strategies to optimize sales and improve store performance.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform decision making.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.
• Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Proven experience in store management or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
