Executive - Stores

Location:

Industry Preference: Cosmetics (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily inventory handling and stock management activities
Maintain accurate records of inward/outward stock in ERP
Conduct regular stock audits and ensure reconciliation
Ensure smooth material issue and return processes
Independently manage store operations in the absence of regular staff

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in storekeeping and inventory control
Working knowledge of ERP systems
preferred: Microsoft Dynamics AX 365 (D365)
; acceptable: any ERP
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability
Ability to handle physical and system inventory independently
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or relevant field
