Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store & Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, coordinate dispatch activities, and ensure smooth material movement within the facility. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or paper industry environment, with knowledge of storekeeping, logistics, and basic ERP operations. Task / Activities Receive, inspect, and store raw materials, consumables, and finished goods. Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or ERP) Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations Ensure proper storage practices to avoid damage or spoilage of materials. Monitor stock levels and inform procurement for replenishment. Performance Metrics: Prepare and verify dispatch documents (e.g., invoices, challans, delivery notes) Coordinate with production and sales teams for timely dispatch of finished goods. Arrange transportation and ensure on-time delivery to customers. Track and follow up on shipments; resolve delivery issues with transporters. Required Skill: 1–3 years of experience in store/dispatch in manufacturing (preferably paper industry) Familiar with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar) Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and documentation Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
