Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Store cum Logistics Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store and logistics functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.

2. Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

3. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to stores, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Analyze sales data and inventory levels to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

5. Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, and store operations.

7. Manage and motivate a team of logistics and store staff to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

2. Proven experience in store management and logistics operations in the food chain industry.

3. Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics operations, and supply chain management.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

6. Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with inventory management software and logistics management systems.

2. Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations.

3. Familiarity with lean logistics principles and practices.

4. Certification in logistics or supply chain management is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
