Store Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Associate to join our team at Ginger Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock control checks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance.

• Proven experience as a Store Associate in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control systems is required.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.
