Store Assistant

As a Material Management Specialist, your role involves verifying all incoming materials according to SOP/WTT Standard and ensuring the implementation of the Inventory management system. You will be responsible for training the subordinate/team on company SOPs and maintaining strong coordination with team and user departments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining proper records for Returnable & Non-Returnable items with value - Analyzing the aging of stocks and communicating with management about obsolete stock - Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies and reporting them to accounting for replacement and record-keeping - Ensuring adequate record-keeping and managing all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control - Maintaining proper records for dispatched materials and delivery notes Your skills and experience should include checking opening stocks on a daily basis, inspecting all receipts & issues, accounting them properly, and preparing bills/Goods Receipt Note of incoming materials. You will also be responsible for verifying all last day activities (In/Out), rectifying errors if any, and maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stock room. Other responsibilities include receiving, unloading, and shelving supplies, storage, preservation, and identification of all materials stored. This is a full-time job with benefits such as Provident Fund and a yearly bonus. The work location is in person with a day shift schedule.,
