Store Assistant

As a Store Assistant, you are the key to excellent customer service and efficient operations. You will manage the front desk, process laundry orders, handle customer communication, and coordinate delivery and pickup of clothes to ensure high-quality service at all times. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Communications (Front Desk Focus): • Provide exceptional service to all customers. • Manage the store's Point of Sale (POS) system for order intake, payments, and tracking. • Answer customer calls, address inquiries, and handle basic complaints professionally. • Process incoming orders by accurately inspecting, tagging, and noting special cleaning instructions. Laundry & Operations Management (Back End Focus) • Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules and accurately prepare orders for transport. • Manage store operations, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
