Store Assistant

As a Store Assistant / Store Executive, your role will involve supporting day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining store standards. You will assist internal stakeholders, manage stock movement, and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist internal stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. - Respond to inquiries regarding materials, stock availability, and store policies. - Process documentation and transactions accurately and efficiently. - Assist in restocking and ensuring materials are properly labeled and displayed. - Monitor stock availability and report low or critical levels to management. - Support smooth inward and outward material movement following company procedures. - Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and organization of the store area. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards. - Assist in handling incoming and outgoing materials safely and efficiently. - Participate in stock verification and maintain accurate inventory records. - Help unload, inspect, and store incoming materials systematically. - Support material replenishment and stock rotation to ensure accuracy and reduce wastage. - Collaborate with team members to achieve store and organizational goals. - Support management in store-related and administrative tasks as required. - Contribute to continuous improvement in store operations and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of experience in store operations, inventory control, or similar roles. - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail. - Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting items for extended periods. - Team-oriented, proactive, and responsible approach to work. - Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is an added advantage. - Willingness to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
