Store Assistant

As an experienced professional with 3 years of store management in luxury home dcor, fashion, or luxury brand stores, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Experience Center. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be vital in delivering a premium client experience, from the first interaction to closing the sale. Building strong relationships with architects, designers, and walk-in clients will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the Experience Center - Deliver a premium client experience, focusing on relationship building and personalized service - Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and walk-in clients - Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding brand standards - Train, guide, and motivate staff to ensure excellence in customer service - Oversee visual merchandising to maintain the store's luxury positioning - Maintain client records and follow up for repeat business and referrals Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience in store management, preferably in luxury brands - English fluency is preferred - Full-time availability for an on-site role in Gurgaon Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position based in Gurgaon, requiring in-person work.
