Store Assistant

Job Title: Store Helper Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune Company: Prakash Trading (Retail & Wholesale Trading) Job Summary: The Store Helper will support store operations by assisting in loading/unloading stock, organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and helping the sales/warehouse team to ensure efficient daily operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles. Support with receiving and arranging stock in the store/warehouse. Help in packing, labeling, and stacking products properly. Maintain store and warehouse cleanliness and ensure items are kept in order. Assist the Store Incharge with stock movement and shelf replenishment. Help customers carry goods and provide basic assistance when required. Ensure safe handling and storage of products to avoid damage. Dispose of packaging waste and keep working areas neat and organized. Participate in stock counting during physical inventory checks. Follow all safety guidelines and company rules. Skills & Requirements Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred Experience: 0–2 years in store, warehouse, or labor work Physically fit and able to lift/handle heavy loads Honest, disciplined, and able to follow instructions Basic understanding of store work is an advantage Working Conditions: Full-time, on-site physical role May require overtime during peak periods
