Job Description

Role Overview: As a Store Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's inventory and supply systems. Your primary role will be to ensure the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining proper inventory levels, and upholding hygiene and safety standards at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders. - Organize and store items in designated storage areas such as dry, cold, and frozen sections. - Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems. - Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any variances identified. - Monitor stock levels and effectively communicate restocking needs to the procurement team. - Ensure all food products are stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. - Coordinate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely supply of ingredients and materials. - Dispose of expired or damaged products following the company's policy. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area consistently. - Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the management promptly. - Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of how a restaurant store operator functions. - Prior experience as a restaurant store operator for at least 2 years. Please note that the job type for this position is full-time and permanent. Food will be provided as a benefit for this role. The work location is in person.,
