Store Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing merchandise.


• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.


• Maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and customer interactions.


• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and promote products.


• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.


• Assist with visual merchandising and display setup.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.


• Basic knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.


• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
