Job Overview

We are currently looking for a dynamic

Store and Purchase Executive

to join our team at Accurex. This role is crucial in managing efficient procurement, inventory control, and store operations, aligned with our organizational goals and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare purchase orders and get necessary approvals.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely supply of materials.
Maintain required stock levels based on re-order points to avoid shortages.
Negotiate with new vendors to obtain the best pricing and terms.
Prepare comparative quotes and finalize purchase deals.
Oversee receiving, storage, and issuing of materials in the store.
Ensure accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
Manage and maintain the physical condition and proper documentation of the store.
Coordinate and manage all administrative, contractual, and operational aspects of both store and purchase functions.

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream, preferably science

Salary

3.5 LPA (Salary will depend on experience and qualifications, and will fall within the specified range)
