Storage Specialist

NetApp ONTAP Expertise:

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with advanced ONTAP features, including MetroCluster, FabricPool, and AQoS.

Storage Protocols:

• Proficiency in both SAN (iSCSI, Fibre Channel) and NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB) concepts and environments.

Storage Grid & Object Storage:

• Experience with solutions like StorageGRID and other object store services.

AIQ & Cloud Insights:

• Hands-on experience with NetApp's cloud and automation platforms.

ITIL Framework:

• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies for incident, problem, and change management.

Scripting & Automation:

• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and automation tools like Ansible.

Virtualization:

• Experience managing storage within virtualized infrastructures, such as VMware.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills for effective support and client interaction.
