Storage Specialist

We are seeking experienced Storage Operations Specialists to support SAP environments, focusing on NetApp and CEPH storage systems. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience in storage operations, and the ability to work in a dynamic, global support environment. The candidate should have a relevant 6 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform incident troubleshooting and resolution for storage-related issues.

· Handle day-to-day operations, monitoring, and maintenance of storage systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability and performance.

· Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

Required Skills & Experience

· NetApp C-mode: Strong hands-on experience in administration and troubleshooting.

· CEPH Storage: Experience preferred; candidates with strong Linux and Kubernetes skills can be trained.

· Linux Administration: Advanced knowledge for troubleshooting and integration.

· Kubernetes: Good understanding of container orchestration and storage integration.

· Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.

· Ability to work in a 24/7 operational support environment.

· Strong knowledge of storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI).

Nice to Have

· Experience in enterprise SAP environments.

· Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.

· Familiarity with ITIL processes.
