Exciting Career Opportunity: Storage L2 Support Engineer (Hitachi) JOB Title: Hitachi Storage L2 Support Engineer JOB Location: Kochi, On-Site, India Shift Timings: Rational Shifts Experience: 5-7 years Position Summary: This position involves providing advanced technical support for Hitachi storage systems (VSP, HUS, HNAS, HCP, etc.), managing replication technologies, troubleshooting performance issues, and ensuring high availability across the enterprise storage environment. Qualifications & Skills: 3–5 years of experience in Hitachi Storage administration and support. Expertise in Hitachi Command Suite (HCS), Storage Navigator, and Tuning Manager. Strong understanding of SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, and iSCSI protocols. Experience in disaster recovery and storage replication solutions. Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and VMware environments. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Certifications: Hitachi Certified Storage Professional (HCSP) and/or ITIL Foundation.
