Storage Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of the

  Storage portfolio

  , proactively prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals to meet or exceed quota.
• Develop pursuit plans, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to proposal development and deal negotiations.
• Act as a

  trusted storage solutions consultant

  to clients, understanding their unique business needs and linking technology offerings to business/financial benefits ($$ROI and TCO).
• Work closely with Account Managers and Channel Partners, providing

  technical expertise

  and support for complex solutions.
• Assess solution feasibility from both a

  technical and business perspective

  ("qualify-in"/"qualify-out") and use internal tools for pipeline hygiene and account planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:

  University or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience:

  Typically 10+ years of relevant Sales Storage Experience

  with demonstrated achievement of progressively higher quotas.

• Knowledge:

  Extensive

  vertical industry knowledge

  required. Storage-related sales experience strongly desired.

• Skills:

  Deep knowledge of storage, cloud, and competitor offerings. Strong hunter mentality, advanced financial acumen, and exceptional client engagement skills, including C-level interactions.
