CTC: ₹35,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Stock & Supervision Executive specialized in the

Home Textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily

operations, maintaining accurate stock records, supervising production/warehouse activities,

and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

● Supervise daily production or warehouse operations.

● Maintain accurate stock levels, material records, and inventory reports.

● Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of home textile goods.

● Coordinate with production, dispatch, and procurement teams.

● Implement stock control procedures and prevent shortages or excess inventory.

● Conduct regular physical verification and reconcile stock discrepancies.

● Monitor team performance and ensure discipline on the floor.

● Prepare and share daily stock status with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 4–5 years of experience in stock management and supervision (Home Textile

preferred).

● Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.

● Ability to supervise and manage ground-level staff.

● Good communication and coordination skills.

● Basic computer knowledge (Excel, stock/ERP software preferred).
