Job Summary The Store Manager will be responsible for efficiently managing all materials and inventory at the Maestro Residences project site. This includes overseeing stock in/out, tracking deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely issuance of materials to contractors. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in site-level inventory control for construction projects. Roles & Responsibilities Manage and monitor the complete material stock at the project site, ensuring proper storage and documentation. Maintain daily records of stock inward and outward , ensuring that all entries are accurately logged in the register and digital system. Oversee the receiving, inspection, and verification of incoming materials as per purchase orders. Ensure safe and systematic storage of materials, preventing damage or wastage. Issue materials to site engineers or contractors as per approved material requisition slips. Track and reconcile physical stock with recorded inventory regularly. Coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment of materials and update on low stock levels. Ensure timely delivery of materials to work locations as per project schedules. Maintain documentation such as delivery challans, material receipts, issue slips, and return records. Prepare periodic stock reports for management review. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and safety norms within the store premises. Requirements Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Experience: 2 years of experience in store or inventory management at a construction project site. Skills: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory software. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams (site engineers, purchase, contractors). Other Requirements: Familiarity with construction materials and their specifications. Ability to work at project sites and manage store operations independently. Job Summary The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales for Maestro Residences , managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for prospective homebuyers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven ability to convert leads into sales. Roles & Responsibilities Handle walk-in clients, inbound inquiries, and scheduled site visits at Maestro Residences . Develop a deep understanding of project features, pricing, and unique selling points to confidently present to clients. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular follow-ups. Coordinate and conduct property site visits, providing detailed walkthroughs and addressing client queries. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality. Stay updated with market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to position Maestro Residences effectively. Support in negotiation, booking, and documentation processes till deal closure. Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in Real Estate Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build trust. Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management software.
