Profile - Stock Management (Advanced Excel Skills)

We are looking for a a Stock Management professional with strong Advanced Excel skills to oversee inventory control, stock tracking, and reporting. The candidate will ensure proper stock records, timely updates, and accurate reporting to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor stock levels across departments.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis, etc.).

• Reconcile stock discrepancies and coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams.

• Track stock movement, usage, and replenishment needs.

• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Commerce/Business Administration).

• 2-4 years of experience in stock/inventory management.

• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office.

• Knowledge of stock control systems and data management.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
