Stock Management Executive

Experience: 2–4 years in stock or inventory management

(preferably in garments sector)

Monitor and manage inventory levels across warehouses and stores

- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely data entry in stock management systems

- Coordinate with production, dispatch and sales teams for stock requirements and movement

- Handle inward and outward stock documentation, including GRNs and challans

- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile variances

- Manage stock transfers between locations and follow up on pending deliveries

- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and categorization of goods

- Identify slow-moving or non-moving stock and report for necessary action

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required by management

Key Skills:

- Strong knowledge of stock/inventory software (SAP, ERP or Excel)

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data

- Good communication & coordination skills

- Ability to work under pressure and manage timelines
