The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate service requests, and ensure a smooth experience from product drop-off to delivery. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust. Key Responsibilities: • Greet customers and handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries. • Register customer complaints and create service tickets in the system. • Explain service process, repair status, and estimated delivery timelines. • Coordinate with technicians to update customers about repair progress. • Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups. • Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication. • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed. • Assist in feedback collection and service improvement initiatives. Requirements: • Education: Any degree or diploma. • Experience: 0–2 years (freshers welcome). Experience in customer service or electronics service centers is a plus. • Skills: • Good communication in English and Tamil. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email). • Pleasant personality and problem-solving attitude. • Ability to multitask and handle customers patiently.
