Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate service requests, and ensure a smooth experience from product drop-off to delivery. You will act as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries.

Register customer complaints and create service tickets in the system.

Explain service process, repair status, and estimated delivery timelines.

Coordinate with technicians to update customers about repair progress.

Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.

Assist in feedback collection and service improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Education: Any degree or diploma.

Experience: 02 years (freshers welcome). Experience in customer service or electronics service centers is a plus.

Skills:

Good communication in English and Tamil.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).

Pleasant personality and problem-solving attitude.

Ability to multitask and handle customers patiently.

Work Timing: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM

Salary: ?12,000 ?18,000 per month (based on experience)
