*Job Summary:*

We're seeking an experienced Stitching Unit Supervisor to oversee the stitching unit's daily operations, ensuring high-quality garments are produced efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in garment manufacturing.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Supervise Stitching Unit:* Oversee the stitching unit's daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.

- *Quality Control:* Monitor and maintain quality standards, identifying and addressing defects or issues promptly.

- *Production Planning:* Plan and allocate work to stitching operators, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production deadlines.

- *Training and Development:* Train new operators, provide guidance, and support to improve skills and productivity.

- *Machine Maintenance:* Ensure stitching machines are well-maintained, and operators follow proper maintenance procedures.

- *Team Management:* Motivate and manage the stitching team, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts.

- *Inventory Management:* Monitor fabric and accessory inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet production demands.

- *Reporting and Communication:* Provide regular production reports, quality updates, and communicate with management and other departments.

*Requirements:*

- *Experience:* 2-5 years of experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory role.

- *Skills:* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- *Knowledge:* Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.

- *Education:* Diploma or degree in fashion technology, garment manufacturing, or a related field.
