Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Steward to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting in food and beverage service, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests courteously and assist them with seating. Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service counters, and tables. Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are clean and properly arranged. Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service and order delivery. Handle guest queries and complaints politely and escalate when necessary. Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols. Support other team members during busy hours to maintain smooth operations. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma preferred). Prior experience as a Steward / Waiter in a restaurant, café, or hotel is an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good grooming, hygiene, and professional appearance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts. Team player with a positive attitude. Working Conditions: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Standing for long hours during service periods.
