Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Pickers and Packers to join our growing team. The role involves handling and preparing goods for dispatch with accuracy and efficiency. As a Picker, you will be responsible for locating, selecting, and collecting items from inventory based on customer or company orders. As a Packer, you will carefully check, pack, and label items to ensure they are ready for safe and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick items from inventory as per order list. Safely pack and label goods for shipping. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage area. Follow company safety standards and quality guidelines. Support stock management and inventory checks. Work in coordination with the warehouse team to meet targets. Requirements: Age between 18 to 35 years. Ability to work in rotational shifts (mandatory). Basic reading and counting skills. Physically fit to handle goods and stand for long durations.
