Provide exceptional guest service with a warm and professional demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders while making menu recommendations. Ensure timely and efficient service , coordinating with kitchen and bar teams. Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining ambiance . Assist guests with special requests, dietary needs, and pairing suggestions . Handle billing, payment processing, and cash handling with accuracy. Uphold restaurant standards for hospitality, etiquette, and presentation . Stay informed about menu changes, ingredients, and seasonal offerings . Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the overall dining experience .
