Job Title: Restaurant Steward (Male)

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our friendly team as a Steward. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are understood and communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and the surrounding service station.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Steward in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
