Job Description

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the food service operations by assisting with tasks such as setting up and clearing tables, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and washing dishes and utensils. It is essential to ensure the sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and dining spaces, while also following health and safety regulations diligently. Proper disposal of waste and recyclables according to hotel policies is key to maintaining a clean environment. In addition to these responsibilities, you will support the kitchen staff with food preparation and delivery, monitor kitchen supplies and cleaning materials, and collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service. Flexibility is crucial as you may be required to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and work on weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in stewarding or kitchen support roles, familiarity with hygiene and safety standards in food handling, and possess strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Basic communication skills in English are required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
