Job Title: Guest Relation Executive Location: Bandra, Mumbai Industry: Hotel / Restaurant Job Overview We are looking for a warm, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive to enhance our guests' experience and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and passionate about hospitality. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a positive, professional attitude. Manage check-ins, reservations, and guest queries efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with guests by understanding their needs and ensuring a great experience. Coordinate with the operations, service, and management teams for seamless service delivery. Handle guest concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly. Ensure the reception area and guest touchpoints are maintained as per brand standards. Maintain guest records, reports, and daily logs. Support event or special arrangements when required. Requirements Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability. Presentable, professional, and able to handle high-pressure situations. Knowledge of reservation systems or POS is an added advantage. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
