Job Description

To ensure smooth and professional front-end operations of the restaurant by delivering excellent customer service, managing order processing through POS systems, and ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for all guests. The intern will gain hands-on training and experience in hospitality and customer service processes.  

Key Result Areas:

  1. Greet guests with courtesy and assist them throughout their dining experience
  2. Accurately take and punch orders in the POS/KOT system
  3. Serve food and beverages promptly and politely
  4. Print and present bills; collect and tally payments
  5. Maintain a clean and organized dining and service area
  6. Attend to guest queries and feedback with professionalism
  7. Assist in end-of-day reporting and reconciliation
