Job Summary

HR Executive/Trainee

Role and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to issuing offer letters
Ensure timely closure of open positions and coordinate interviews
Maintain HR records including compensation, incentives, health, and insurance data
Update and manage employee master data in the ERP HR module
Support workplace safety compliance and handle related issues
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition events
Communicate HR policies clearly to employees and address any related queries
Resolve employee grievances and act as a bridge between HR and staff

Key Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills
Smart, proactive, and diligent with the ability to multitask
Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Prior internship or experience in HR recruitment/operations is a plus
Familiarity with HR tools, ERP software, or Excel is an added advantage
