Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Steno Secretary to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent stenography skills, with the ability to take dictations in English for correspondence and compile content for books. Candidates with 0-5 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibility

Taking accurate and efficient dictation in English for correspondence and compiling content for books.
Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Developing and implementing effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.

Job Requirements

Excellent stenography skills, with experience in shorthand preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and internet search, with quick learning and adaptation abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Familiarity with data entry operations and walk-in procedures is an added advantage.
An English medium school background is a must.
Experience in the education/teaching/training/counselling/academic industry is preferred.
Qualification: Other Bachelor Degree.
