Statutory Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, and other labor laws. Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns. Maintain compliance records and documentation as per audit requirements. Handle employee-related statutory queries and provide necessary clarifications. Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and government departments. Monitor changes in labor laws and notify the management of any impact. Support in compliance audits and inspections. Skills Required: Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. Familiarity with PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory portals. Working knowledge of MS Excel and compliance software/tools. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
