Stationery Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain records of all stationery stock (issue and receipt).
  • Ensure timely distribution of stationery items to teachers, staff, and students as per requirements.
  • Keep track of stock levels and prepare requests for replenishment.
  • Maintain proper documentation, registers, and bills related to stationery.
  • Assist in procurement by coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the stationery room.
  • Provide support during examinations, events, and school activities requiring stationery items.
  • Report stock status and requirements to the Admin/Principal regularly.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (as per school norms).
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) desirable.
  • Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
