Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Tamilnadu)

Headquarters: Chennai

Graduation: Any Graduate

Experience: 10 to 20 Years

Mandatory Requirement: Should have experience in OTC Segment

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned OTC product lines.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the front-line sales team (TSOs/TSEs) across Tamil Nadu.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and presence in urban, semi-urban, and rural markets.
Ensure effective coverage of retail counters, stockists, and distributors.
Identify and appoint new channel partners and distributors where necessary.
Monitor distributor ROI, stock levels, and order management.
Plan and execute trade promotions, visibility activities, and product launches in the region.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure product availability.
Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and suggest product/channel improvements.
Conduct joint fieldwork to coach and assess the field team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting protocols.
