Role & responsibilities

Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales business and generating revenue in their respective state.
Providing expertise guidance for team management and development.
Analyzing market trends and user needs for the development of branches in their respective areas.
Responsible for product related portfolio management of their particular states.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationship with various stakeholders, including customers, employees and investors.
Analyze product performance and implement improvements to meet KPIs and customer needs.

Formulate and implement strategies for generating and increasing revenue on their states.
