About the Role:

State Lead (Field Sales & Marketing

Role & responsibilities

1. Pitch and promote Arthashastra to political candidates, political advisories, campaign managers and influencers.

2. Build and lead a high-performing field sales team across Kerala, Tamil Nadu or West bengal

3. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and political clientele.

4. Represent Rajyatantra at political events, rallies, and local meetings to represent the company and build visibility.

5. Submit daily reports, track KPIs, and ensure lead conversions.

6. Liaise with internal teams to provide field insights and improve offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

2–3 years in sales, BD, or field marketing (min. 1 year in tech product marketing).

PG in Business, Political Science, Public Policy, or related fields.

Strong grasp of the regional political landscape in Kerala and local dynamics.

Fluency in Malayalam/Tamil/ Bengali/Assamese along with hindi and english etc. (depending upon the job location)

Team-building and leadership skills; willing to travel extensively.

Prior experience in political campaigns or civic engagement is a plus.

Familiarity with CRMs and digital campaign tools preferred.
