State Lead (Field Sales & Marketing)

About the Role:

Rajyatantra a leading political advisory and campaign management agency is hiring a State Lead (Field Sales & Marketing) for the upcoming Kerala Election 2026. As the State Lead – Field Sales & Marketing, you will spearhead the introduction and marketing of Arthashastra, our AI-powered election campaign management platform, across political parties, candidates, political advisories and key stakeholders. This is a field-intensive role focused on strategic business development, stakeholder engagement, and team building.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Pitch and promote Arthashastra to political candidates, political advisories, campaign managers and influencers.

2.⁠ ⁠Build and lead a high-performing field sales team across Kerala.

3.⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and political clientele.

4.⁠ ⁠Represent Rajyatantra at political events, rallies, and local meetings to represent the company and build visibility.

5.⁠ ⁠Submit daily reports, track KPIs, and ensure lead conversions.

6.⁠ ⁠Liaise with internal teams to provide field insights and improve offerings.

Qualifications:

2–3 years in sales, BD, or field marketing (min. 1 year in tech product marketing).

PG in Business, Political Science, Public Policy, or related fields.

Strong grasp of the regional political landscape in Kerala and local dynamics.

Fluency in Malayalam, english etc.

Team-building and leadership skills; willing to travel extensively.

Prior experience in political campaigns or civic engagement is a plus.

Familiarity with CRMs and digital campaign tools preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
