Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Maharashtra, for a State In charge - Dealer Development & Sales. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing dealer networks, developing and implementing sales strategies, and enhancing dealer performance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with dealers, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the State In charge will identify potential dealers, provide training and support, and implement promotional activities to increase sales and market presence. Qualifications Strong skills in sales strategy development, market analysis, and dealer management Experience with customer relationship management, training, and support Proficiency in preparing sales reports and handling promotional activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a team Knowledge of the machinery industry is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field Show more Show less
