Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that business targets are achieved in your area. Your duties will include overseeing sales, collection, operations, and coordinating with the central team for the region. Your primary focus will be on target achievement by ensuring incremental growth in the Book Size and maintaining the health of the book. You will also be required to establish sourcing tie-ups with relevant agents in the industry and develop alternate sourcing channels. Guiding your team to achieve business goals, managing team productivity, and monitoring the effectiveness of the sales process will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for fee income and process management, as well as providing training and technical expertise to Relationship Managers and Field Sales Staff on various products. Collaborating with the corporate team to restructure products according to specific regional needs, cross-selling products, and maintaining a Nil NPA will also be part of your responsibilities. Your contribution to the overall success of the sales function will be key in ensuring the continued growth and profitability of the business.,
