Role & responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales business and generating revenue in their respective state.
  • Providing expertise guidance for team management and development.
  • Analyzing market trends and user needs for the development of branches in their respective areas.
  • Responsible for product related portfolio management of their particular states.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationship with various stakeholders, including customers, employees and investors.
  • Analyze product performance and implement improvements to meet KPIs and customer needs.

Formulate and implement strategies for generating and increasing revenue on their states.
