Job Description

Role Overview: As a State Head in the Business Development industry, your role will involve setting up and managing a team of marketing professionals. Your responsibilities will include directing and coordinating regional sales functions, developing and coordinating sales of Electrical & Electronic goods, identifying and developing new customers for products and services, researching and developing strategies for marketing opportunities and new project development, analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales strategies, managing sales budgets and internal operating budgets, planning and coordinating public affairs, communications efforts, distributor events, and marketing programs, formulating and developing manpower plans, training field force, directing distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets, managing major distributor accounts, coordinating the management of all other accounts, participating in the development of new project proposals, leading major negotiations, establishing appropriate terms of sales, establishing and implementing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, supervising the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs, promoting positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors, recommending and administering policies and procedures to enhance operations, developing annual and long-term business plans for the company, and recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating regional sales staff. Qualification Required: - Any graduate in any specialization - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field as an ASM - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations - Professional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects - Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills - Results-oriented and customer-focused - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities - Attention to detail and positive attitude Additional Details: Preferred skills for this role include experience in B2B sales, dealing with dealers and distributors. People who can join immediately will be given preference. You will report to the Sales Head of the company.,
