As the State Head in the Business Development industry, your role involves leading a team of marketing personnel and overseeing the business activities of your team. Your responsibilities include setting up the marketing team, establishing sales protocols, monitoring daily call lists, conducting team meetings, and forming corporate tie-ups. You will be responsible for the overall business of the organization and report to the Sales Head. **Key Responsibilities:** - Directing and coordinating regional sales functions - Developing and coordinating sales of Electrical & Electronic goods - Identifying and developing new customers - Researching marketing opportunities and new project development - Evaluating sales effectiveness and providing feedback to the team - Managing sales budgets and internal operating budgets - Planning public affairs, communications efforts, and marketing programs - Developing manpower plans and training the field force - Directing distributors and sales force to achieve sales targets - Managing distributor accounts and coordinating with other accounts - Participating in the development of new project proposals - Leading major negotiations and establishing sales terms - Establishing short- and long-range goals, policies, and procedures - Supervising sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs - Promoting positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors - Recommending policies and procedures to enhance operations - Developing annual and long term business plans - Recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating regional sales staff **Qualifications Required:** - Any graduate in any specialization - Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field as an ASM - Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations - Professional written and verbal communication skills - Ability to motivate teams, manage multiple projects, and facilitate group meetings - Strong planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring skills - Results-oriented, customer-oriented, with negotiation skills - Creativity, leadership, and analytical skills - Attention to detail and positive attitude If you are a dynamic individual with expertise in B2B sales, dealing with dealers and distributors, and are ready to take on a challenging role in business development, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.
