What We’re Looking For
8–10 years of experience in financial services, with strong expertise in rural commercial vehicle financing
Proven track record in managing large teams & achieving business targets
Strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Banks & NBFCs to ensure smooth disbursement of used commercial vehicle loan.
Lead daily review calls with Cluster Heads & Field Officers
Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide timely feedback
